Leaders Know Who They Are

February 23, 2010 — Leave a comment

Leaders have an identity. They know who they are and what they stand for.

As leaders there are often people who try to knock us off our center. They criticize us, scrutinize us, tell us we're no good.

If a leader isn't dead set on knowing exactly who he/she is, then that leader's in for some trouble.

To be an effective leader you've got to have a clear picture of who you are.
